Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of full-time experience.
In this pivotal role, you will lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions, manage project timelines effectively, and foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate architectural design processes, ensuring alignment with client goals, building codes, and industry standards.
- Manage and develop detailed construction documents using Revit.
- Manage multiple project schedules diligently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Oversee construction administration activities including site visits, progress meetings, and resolving field issues.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets; collaborate with contractors during negotiations to optimize project costs.
- Engage in business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and fostering client relationships to secure new projects.
- Coordinate with project teams on project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and contract administration.
- Registered Architect with 8-10 years of full-time experience
- Experience leading architectural projects from concept through construction
- Proficiency in developing detailed construction documents using Revit
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and ensure quality control across design and construction
- Experience overseeing construction administration activities (site visits, progress meetings, field issue resolution)
- Experience preparing construction estimates and collaborating with contractors during negotiations to optimize costs
- Experience with business development activities, proposals and client relationship management
