We are seeking a talented Project Designer – licensed or on the path to licensure – with 1-5 years of experience to join our collaborative firm. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree and be a team player with strong design and representation skills with an interest in both adaptive use and new construction. Working closely with our Design Director, Design Lead, and project teams, you will contribute to projects from early concept design through design development, helping shape innovative design solutions across a wide range of project types.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing creative-design concepts, producing renderings, walkthroughs, visual studies, physical and digital models, presentation materials, and Revit drawing sets in Revit for client presentations and project development.

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
• 1-5 years of professional experience (exceptional recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong design, graphic, and visual communication skills
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch Up, Enscape renders/walkthroughs
• Interest in emerging AI tools for architectural design and visualization
• Experience with parametric modeling software and 3D printing is a plus
