Lerch Bates seeks a Building Enclosure Designer to join our Design & Performance Studio in Boston. You will develop constructible, code-compliant enclosure details for façades, roofing, glazing, and waterproofing on new, restoration, and rehab projects.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate drawings into precise construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, applying building science principles to moisture, thermal performance, and air control.
