Gensler's Brand Design studio brings together designers, strategists, and storytellers to work with a broad mix of clients on projects of any scale. As brand designers at Gensler, we help clients convey their unique narratives across today’s diverse media landscape. Our practice blends design and architectural insight with a distinctive viewpoint and strong communication skills, creating brands that earn trust, inspire confidence, and foster lasting relationships.

This role combines hands-on design with leadership, thoughtful strategy, design advocacy, and client relationship stewardship across our region. You should enjoy exploring new ideas, be deeply passionate about design, and derive energy from shaping a wide array of projects alongside talented creative leaders.

• Lead design efforts and collaborate with fast-paced, interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, illustrators, and digital designers to deliver projects from complex signage and way finding to digitally integrated experience centers.
• Show exceptional vision, manage projects from concept through completion, and drive successful outcomes.
• Provide creative solutions across markets such as aviation, education, entertainment, hospitality, retail, sports, and workplaces.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand strategy, print design, and environmental graphics, with a professional degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to develop upfront concepts and the technical know-how to prepare final documentation and artwork for 3D/EGD, print, or digital applications.
• Excellent communication skills and experience as the primary contact for clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects while exercising financial stewardship and meeting demanding schedules.
• Capability to collaborate with design leadership across Gensler to promote an interdisciplinary design philosophy and advance it within and beyond the firm.
• Aspiring to mentor and develop junior design professionals.
• Proven track record in building, nurturing, and sustaining client relationships.

The base salary range is estimated between $95,000 and $120,000. Gensler offers a multi-layered compensation package that includes the base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing. In addition, benefits cover medical, dental, and vision, disability insurance, wellness programs, flex spending, paid holidays, and paid time off. A 401(k) plan, profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and twice annual bonus opportunities are also available.

The annual base salary range reflects local market conditions.

Gensler supports licensure and professional development with reimbursement for certain professional licenses and related renewals and exam fees. Tuition reimbursement is provided for eligible programs or classes. These initiatives are part of our ongoing investment in professional development.
