Position Summary

We are seeking a well‑rounded Project Architect with experience or exposure working in a variety of sectors—Multifamily, Hospitality, infrastructure, and Academia—to manage and deliver projects of varying scale and complexity. This role requires a balance of design sensibility, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, facilitate, and/or participate in client meetings and communicate technical solutions clearly.
  • Produce and oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (structural, MEP, civil, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality control reviews and ensure accuracy of technical deliverables.
  • Support PIC and project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Provide design and technical guidance to junior staff and team members.
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction phases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional experience; well‑rounded in all aspects of a project’s design, technical detailing, and management.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
