Mid-Senior Level Architect for Sport-Related Planning and Design
Salary Range: $93,000–$130,000 commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Thursday in Office

Within our practice, we have an established and growing sport design focus with a deep portfolio in campus athletics, recreation, and wellness planning and built projects, and an increasing body of work in the planning of multi-use sport districts, involving both collegiate and professional team markets.
We are seeking a Mid-Senior level architect (8+ years of experience) to join our practice in Boston, Denver, New York, or Los Angeles and help to support and lead this market. The position will help drive the design process, contribute technical and conceptual insight, mentor junior staff, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
WhatYou’ll Do
Lead project strategy, planning, and design from concept through delivery.
Work with clients and stakeholder groups to develop space programs and concept development plans through outreach and engagement.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams , schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants with minimal oversight.
Actively contribute to business development , market and pursuit strategy, and cultivating strong client relationships.
Develop thought leadership , including content for publishing, social media, and trade conference presentations
Serve as a mentor —cultivating the growth of team members through hands-on work, coaching, listening, and feedback.
Collaborate with in-house campus master planners, site designers, architects, interior designers
Present and communicate with clarity to clients, stakeholders, and communities.
Inspire teams through design leadership, team building, and commitment to excellence.
What You BringProfessional degree in Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a design firm environment.
Interest, enthusiasm, and experience in the sport and wellness market, including industry and potential client relationships.
Licensure required.
Proven experience leading design thinking and delivery on projects.
Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Deep understanding of detailing, drawing sets, and material systems
Experience with sport-related design issues, including trends and typical program requirements.
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
Strong client presence and ability to lead conversations around strategy, scope, and design direction.
