Position: Staff Architect (3+ Years Experience)
  • Contribute to projects from concept through construction
  • Produce schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Lead and manage BIM modeling and drawing production in Revit
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
  • Communicate with clients, collaborators, and consultants
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples
  • Perform construction administration tasks (RFIs, change orders, site visits)
  • Support quality control across all aspects of design

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional architectural office
  • Architectural licensure or actively pursuing licensure
  • LEED Accreditation or Passive House Consultant Certification encouraged
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Sketch Up, Rhino, and Bluebeam
  • Strong understanding of building science, sustainable technologies, and low-carbon materials
  • Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
