Interior Designer Overview
- The Interior Designer will create innovative and functional designs for tenant fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and present interior design concepts tailored to tenant fit-out requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address design-related challenges.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for approval.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure all designs meet client expectations and adhere to budget constraints.
- Provide expert guidance on spatial planning and interior layouts to optimize functionality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in tenant fit-out projects and commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in design execution.
