Pay Range- Base annual salary: $ – $ per year.
- Pay updated; actual pay based on skills and experience.
Qualified applicants may also be eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) and recruitment/relocation incentives. Approval and award amounts are determined by the VHA EDRP program office.
Qualifications- United States Citizenship; non‑citizens may be appointed only when no qualified citizens can be recruited.
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an approved VA school.
- Current, full and unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or D.C.
- Completed residency training approved by VA and eligible for board certification in an accredited core specialty.
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- One year of specialized primary or internal medicine experience in an outpatient setting.

Additional specialized experience and credentials may be considered. - Physical requirements:
ability to lift light loads (under 15 lbs) and perform routine duties.
- Provide comprehensive primary care to veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient management plans.
- Collaborate within a Patient Aligned Care Team including RN care managers, LPNs, pharmacists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and other learners.
- Participate in quality improvement, research, and clinical projects.
- Maintain high clinic standards, documentation, and compliance with credentialing and privileging requirements.
