Position Overview
The Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center (BMC) seek a full‑time board certified/board eligible Pediatric Gastroenterology Physician. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual excited to join our expanding division, contributing to clinical care, teaching, and research at a leading academic medical center.
CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Compensation ranges between $207,227 and $250,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and departmental budget.
Our DepartmentOur department of 110 faculty provides a full range of pediatric subspecialty care. We are committed to addressing the needs of underserved communities, with the majority of our patients coming from racial and ethnic minority populations.
Required SkillsCandidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and should be eager to engage in clinical practice, teaching, and quality improvement. Strong clinical skills and an interest in practicing in an academic urban environment are required.
You'll collaborate with fellow pediatric Gastroenterology physicians and nurses in the care of patients in the ambulatory and inpatient setting. Our division offers a wide range of state‑of‑the‑art Pediatric GI services and procedures and is involved in the teaching and supervision of medical students and residents.
