Nocturnist Physician

We invite a dedicated and
compassionate Nocturnist Physician to join our established hospitalist team in
Boston. This full-time position provides an excellent balance of admissions and
inpatient care, with opportunities for teaching and academic appointment. Our
program offers strong peer support, reasonable patient volumes, and a
collaborative environment designed to help you thrive.

* Position Highlights:
* * Full-time, hospital-employed
position

* Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

* Weekends: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
(with one shift extending to 7:30 AM)

* One daytime weekend shift:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients)

* Average 12 shifts per month

* Typical load: 4–5 admissions
per shift with cross-coverage of 30–40 patients

* Team-based care with 9
nocturnists per night and sick-call backup coverage

* * MD or DO degree from an
accredited institution

* Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

* Completion of an accredited
residency program

* Eligible for Massachusetts
medical license

* Hospitalist experience
preferred, but not required
