Family or Internal Medicine Physician

We
are looking for a compassionate full time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family
or Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven team in

and Benefits:
* $259,000 - $270,000 plus full benefits package.

* Requirements:
* * BC/BE
in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification within
one year of start date)

* Active
medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one
before the start date)

* Bilingual
(Spanish/English) preferred

* Clinical
proficiency in evidence-based primary care

* Strong
communication skills with the ability to connect with patients from diverse
backgrounds

* Experience
working with EHR and other clinical technologies

* High
ethical standards and the ability to navigate complex situations with
confidentiality

* Passion
for serving underserved populations and improving community health

* Ability
to thrive in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting

* Resilient
and adaptable when managing multiple priorities

* Authorization
to work in the United States
