Whittier Street Health Center is seeking a part-time (32 hours/week) OB/GYN Physician to join our dedicated Women’s Health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse and underserved patient population. This position includes approximately 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative responsibilities.

• Deliver prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, and gynecologic services in outpatient settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat medical and surgical conditions related to reproductive health
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists or hospital-based services to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Deliver care aligned with principles of health equity, preventive medicine, reproductive health access, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, midwives, medical assistants, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated, culturally responsive, team‑based care
• Provide patient education and counseling related to reproductive health, family planning, pregnancy, preventive screening, and surgical care
• Participate in departmental meetings, organizational initiatives, and on‑call coverage as assigned

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited School of Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (board certification required within designated timeframe)
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Massachusetts
• Active DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, team‑based environment
