Overview
Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery – Mass General Brigham, Harvard Medical School. The Mass General Brigham Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is home to the largest group of clinical and research faculty from HMS and is consistently recognized as the top in the nation for ear, nose, and throat care. The department is one of the largest of its kind nationwide and is continuing to grow.
We are actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Otolaryngologist to work as a Hospitalist at our Brigham and Women’s Hospital Main Campus, treating a broad range of otolaryngologic disorders. The Otolaryngology Hospitalist will provide dedicated, in-hospital care for patients with ear, nose, throat, and head/neck conditions, focusing on streamlining care, managing inpatient consultations, and performing urgent procedures/surgeries. This person will be expected to manage ER and floor consultations, admissions, and daily rounding on ENT patients at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
We also expect that this person will work collaboratively with our staff Otolaryngologists, and trainees, as well as emergency medicine, intensive care, and other specialties to provide comprehensive, high-quality ENT care.

Responsibilities- Provide in-hospital care for otolaryngology patients, including managing ER and floor consultations, admissions, and daily rounding on ENT patients.
- Streamline patient care and coordinate with in-house teams (emergency medicine, ICU, and other specialties).
- Perform urgent procedures and surgeries as required.
- Collaborate with staff Otolaryngologists and trainees in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Otolaryngology.
- Strong commitment to high-quality clinical care across a broad range of otolaryngologic disorders.
