Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Compensation and Benefits: $259,000 - $270,000 plus full benefits package.

Requirements:

• BC/BEin Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification withinone year of start date)
• Active medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain onebefore the start date)
• Bilingual(Spanish/English) preferred
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Experience working with EHR and other clinical technologies
• High ethical standards and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidentiality
• Passion for serving underserved populations and improving community health
• Abilityto thrive in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting
• Resilient and adaptable when managing multiple priorities
• Authorization to work in the United States
