The facility operates as an outpatient clinic delivering perimenopause and menopause care services to an adult patient population within a structured clinical environment. The clinic supports hybrid care delivery, accommodating both in-person and telehealth visits, and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and coordinated care. An EMR training orientation is provided prior to the first day of the assignment.

Day trips to destinations such as Salem and the Maine coast are accessible within an hour's drive, providing additional options during time away from the assignment.
Clinicians will provide outpatient perimenopause and menopause care to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule structured as four 10-hour shifts or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; a hybrid model of 75% telehealth and 25% in-person is in place, with a 100% telehealth option available for clinicians working Eastern Standard Time hours.
The expected caseload is 16 patients per day, structured as 8 patients in the morning and 8 in the afternoon, with dedicated administrative time allotted for documentation; all clinical documentation is maintained through the EPIC EMR system. Clinicians must be experienced with prescribing menopausal hormone therapy. No call or weekend coverage is required for this assignment; required credentials include a state PA license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference, with credentialing estimated at approximately 7 days.
