Strategy Consultants (Admissions Counsellors) are exemplars of Crimson Education’s philosophy, focused on helping students achieve their goals by personalising blueprints that guide academic, extracurricular, and personal development through the admissions process. You will partner closely with the student and lead the Crimson team (tutors, mentors, consultants) to drive progress through long-term roadmaps and mentoring to build their candidacy.

• Provide overarching admissions strategies to students by creating individualized plans and executing them with the Crimson team (Educational Coordinators, Academic Tutors, Application Consultants, ECL Mentors)
• Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular activities, leadership roles, summer programs, and standardized test planning to inform admissions strategies
• Guide students and parents toward attainable schools, creating lists of best-fit institutions across varied levels of competitiveness
• Conduct formal consulting sessions with students on a bi-monthly basis, recording notes and actions for stakeholders
• Maintain regular communication with students and families outside formal sessions via email and other channels
• Facilitate or lead development and presentation of marketing materials for seminars or expositions in local markets
• Collaborate with local Sales teams in Initial Consultations to help clients understand Crimson’s products and services
• Support Product and Resource Development initiatives to improve the service offering

• Bachelor’s degree from a top 20 US university or Oxbridge (special considerations may apply for candidates with admissions consulting backgrounds)
• Strong preference for experience with US/UK undergraduate admissions consulting at top universities
• Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Stakeholder management with internal teams, students, and parents
• Resilience, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred
