The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8 - Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.
This role is hybrid (1-2 days/week onsite) at 401 Park Drive, Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor.
What you’ll do- Learn and contribute to project-related deliverables including process and workflow diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, status reports, and project plans/timelines
- Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking work, including supporting/owning monitoring and modifying key deliverables
- Learn, practice, and then complete the responsibility of taking minutes at meetings, summarizing and presenting to project and team leaders
- Learn, practice, and then complete basic analysis and data coordination for project support
- Complete Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt, complete HRO Facilitator Training, complete Prosci Change Management Certification
- Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
- Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities
- Communication skills
- Planning, presenting, how to use process improvement methodologies, data analysis, facilitating, strategic thinking, project management, multitasking, interpersonal skills to successfully work in a dynamic environment with diverse individuals;
Increase knowledge of healthcare career pathways - Professional development

- You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two- or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Visio a plus
- Ability to problem-solve, proficient analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally or in-writing
- Organized, able to follow timelines and due dates
- Ability to work cohesively with a team
- Willingness and ability to learn systems, technologies, tools
- Interest in working with data sets and display data accurately

Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program. This includes:- Scheduling an appointment during one of our on-site onboarding days

- Proof of Employment Eligibility
- Media release
