A prominent public school system in Boston is seeking BPS Bilingual Educators as part of their Accelerated Community to Teacher Program. This free, intensive 12-month program aims to recruit and develop racially, linguistically, and culturally diverse teachers through a comprehensive pathway from para educator to teacher. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to justice and equity, possess relevant experience working with youth, and earn a bachelor's degree by June 15, 2025.
