Job Summary:

Win Plus is offering a Management Trainee program at our US Office located in the heart of Harvard Square for recent graduates to prepare for professional life and future leadership roles. Win Plus recruitsmotivated Management Trainees to participate in an intensive, well-structured training program to learn about various aspects of the education and technology business and gain a deep understanding of Win Plus' missions and core values.

Management trainees will be exposed to a variety of tasks by rotating among different departments and roles, including international education, curriculum development, educational technology, product development, and operations. Upon completion of the program, management trainees will be prepared for leadership roles with a variety set of skills to take on greater responsibilities within Win Plus in the department that best suits the trainees’ interests, knowledge and strengths.

Responsibilities:

Rotate among different departments, including international education, curriculum development, educational technology, product development and operations, and take on a variety of responsibilities

Assist with the operations of international education programs, including counseling services, outreach activities, and partnership development

Develop courses of various types and topics with the curriculum development team, and enhance the marketing strategies on multiple platforms

Assist with the development of educational technologies

Assist with the operations of Win Plus, including human resources, marketing, financial management, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top US university

Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills as well as a proactive mindset to think and prepare ahead of time without guidance

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple changing and conflicting priorities

Ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and be open to new information

Compensation: Win Plus offers a competitive compensation package ($50,000-$60,000 plus other benefits) and can also sponsor international employees for H1B Visas.
