At NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School), we’re more than a CDL training provider—we’re a gateway to new careers. We’re seeking a motivated and personable Outside Admissions Representative for our North Andover campus to join our mission and connect prospective students with our hands-on training programs.

• Visit prospective students and their families locally (in-home or in public spaces) to share information about NETTTS programs
• Present materials, complete interview forms, and help candidates start their admissions process on the spot
• Guide applicants through next steps, including paperwork and financial aid connections
• Collect enrollment deposits and ensure proper documentation is submitted
• Follow up by phone with your campus team and complete reports on interviews/home visits
• Work toward enrollment goals while building genuine, supportive relationships with prospective students
• Maintain records and support long-term student retention
• Occasionally assist with job placement activities and community outreach

• 3+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or a customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect
• High school diploma/GED required (college degree a plus)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (daytime and occasional evenings)
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• A genuine passion for helping others take the first step toward a better career
