Vice President of Enrollment & Partnerships
College Unbound seeks a strategic and relationship-driven Vice President of Enrollment & Partnerships to lead institutional engagement and drive enrollment growth in alignment with the College’s equity-centered mission. Reporting to the President and serving as a senior leader, the VP works closely with the Office of Community & Belonging to strengthen partnerships, outreach, and student persistence.
The VP cultivates and manages institutional partnerships that support outreach, recruitment, and regional visibility. This role provides strategic leadership for the College’s Regional Directors, Community Ambassadors, and supervises Community Organizers across multiple regions, ensuring outreach and partnership strategies align with institutional priorities and reflect College Unbound’s narrative and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enrollment strategy and partnership development to support sustainable growth
- Build and steward institutional relationships that advance recruitment and student success
- Provide direction and oversight for Community Ambassadors and regional Community Organizers
- Align regional outreach efforts with institutional messaging and enrollment goals
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen student recruitment, retention, and persistence
