Job Description

The Student Central Office is looking to hire a Part-Time Support Staff member to provide BHCC students with a high level of student service while helping them navigate complex systems within the enrollment, payment, and financial aid processes.

Assist students with the following
  • Completion of the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Navigation of (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..
  • Navigation of BHCC's Self-Service menu and all of its features.
  • Ordering of official transcripts, student MBTA passes, student parking permits, and tax documents.
  • Submission of the BHCC Student Health Insurance Waiver.
  • Establishment of refund preference (for student accounts) through Bank Mobile Vibe.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in integrated student services.
  • Strong computer and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
  • Strong sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with a student population.
Additional Information

Salary: $21.00 an hour at 18.5 hours a week. Part-Time Non-Benefited position.
