Full-Time | Competitive Hourly Pay
About the Role:We have multiple Para Professional openings starting with the new school year! In this role, you will work under the direction of a teacher to support and implement instructional programs tailored to the needs of students with Special Needs and Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the teacher in designing and implementing academic programs based on student needs
- Provide academic support to individual students and small groups
- Help students generalize learned skills and behaviors throughout the day
- Maintain open communication with teachers and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress
- Experience working in a classroom with children with Special Needs or SEB challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and success
- Excellent hourly compensation, based on experience and education
- Candidates with backgrounds as Teacher's Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides, or similar roles are encouraged to apply
