Position: Professor of the Practice, Finance Department, Questrom School of Business

Professor of the Practice, Finance Department, Questrom School of Business

Boston University invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of non‑tenure track Professor of the Practice in the Finance Department of the Questrom School of Business. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Lead action‑based learning initiatives with industry partners.
  • Establish industry and alumni relationships to support careers and strategic initiatives at Questrom.
  • Develop courses in areas such as Quantitative Finance, Real Estate, and Wealth Management.
Required Skills
  • Senior finance industry experience.
  • Graduate degree required (MBA, MSc, or PhD preferred).
  • Ability to translate industry experience into curriculum and academic initiatives.
Salaries

Salary range: $200,000 – $225,400 (competitive with experience). Final salary determined by qualifications, education, licenses and internal pay comparison.
