The Senior Experimental Machinist will perform highly skilled precision work in the design, development, machining, fabrication, assembly, and testing of a wide variety of scientific instruments and experimental equipment. Interact with scientists, engineers and students as required by supervisor on issues related to these tasks. Collaborate with a team of co-workers in a state-of-the-art facility.

• Vocational/technical training
• Excellent knowledge of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) and conventional machining techniques
• CNC programming in Mastercam
• Knowledge of Solid Works for design is a plus
• Five to eight years of experience minimum
