Boston University invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of non‑tenure track Clinical Associate Professor in the Finance Department in the Questrom School of Business. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026. This position is full‑time and regular.
Position SummaryThe successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in asset pricing and corporate finance, and will provide academic direction to the MSc in Finance program. Candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged. The role also involves engagement with graduate and undergraduate students and corporate partners.
Responsibilities- Design and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in asset pricing and corporate finance.
- Contribute to the academic direction of the MSc in Finance program.
- Engage with graduate and undergraduate students and corporate partners.
- Participate in the intellectual life of the university and community of teachers and researchers.
- Ph.D. in Finance or a related field, or near completion of such degree by the start of employment.
- Demonstrated excellence in innovative scholarship and engaged teaching.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to advancing knowledge and addressing societal challenges.
The salary range for this position is $174,100–$202,520, commensurate with experience and faculty qualifications.
