Our app covers 13 major sports leagues including NBA, NFL, CFB, CBB, NHL, MLB, and more; across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Our team is made up of elite talent from top universities including Dartmouth, Stanford, and Princeton, with an average age in the mid-20s. We’re a fun-loving group driven by a passion for sports and data.

As our X (Twitter) Organic Growth Specialist, you’ll be responsible for engaging with sports bettors on X by posting 10-20+ times per day and growing our following from 46k to 100k and beyond.

Your goal will be to ensure that every single sports bettor who uses X hears about HOF, sees us frequently on their feed, and understands the benefits of using our app.

Your performance will be measured by the number of new user signups we generate through X, along with our engagement and follower metrics on X.

You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with broader marketing efforts like influencer marketing, SEO, customer success, and Discord community management once you master the core part of your role on X.

• Daily Content Posting:
  Publish 10-20+ original high quality posts per day on X, optimizing for reach and engagement.
• Real-Time Engagement:
  Stay active in replies, mentions, and quote tweets with relevant accounts to grow presence and relationships. Stay aware of trends and current events.
• Graphics & Visuals:
  Create clean, scroll-stopping graphics featuring data from our app and direct app screenshots / screen recordings to boost shareability and awareness of our features.
• Performance Iteration:
  Track what works (impressions, engagement, follows, clicks) and iterate weekly on formats, hooks, and timing.
• Growth Partnerships & Launch Support:
  Coordinate with key accounts + support new HOF feature launches with timely, high-impact posts.

• 2+ years in organic social media, specifically X (Twitter)
• Experience growing X accounts (show us your past work)
• Lives on X, always plugged into sports news and trends
• Passionate about sports and sports betting
• Nice to have: experience with SaaS or mobile apps; experience with video creation on Instagram, Tik Tok, or You Tube.
