Breast Surgery Sales Education Manager

Sales Education Manager - Remote US Responsibilities
  • Training Program Research and Creation: Driver of the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, simulations, and e-learning modules, tailored to specific product lines and field-based roles.
  • Training Delivery: Owner and manager of logistics and facilitation of training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques.
  • Needs Assessment Deployment and Usage: Collaborate with sales leadership and key stakeholders regularly to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback to sales managers for ongoing coaching and refinement of training programs as needed.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, supporting their development and performance.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align training efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on Med Tech and Education industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure training program relevance.
  • Content Compliance and Relevance: Ensure training materials are current, accurate, and comply with all regulatory, internal routing and legal requirements, in partnership with Marketing.
Role Requirements Required
  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Science, Marketing, Education or other related field
  • 5 + years of Med Tech or Healthcare industry experience
  • Demonstration of cross-functional collaboration and influence abilities
  • Sales and/or clinical customer facing experience
  • In person and virtual public speaking and facilitation experience
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Preferred
  • Masters degree in Business, HR, Science, Marketing, Education or other related field
  • Med Tech or Healthcare education and development experience
  • Experience creating and executing a learning continuum of either clinically or professionally based skills
  • Understanding of adult learning theories and experience implementing best practices in the Med Tech sector
  • Instructional design and asynchronous learning experience
  • Proficient in design tools such Articulate, Brainshark

    Identify and address training needs and measure effectiveness.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adjust training programs based on changing needs.
  • Collaborative and Team-Oriented: Work effectively with various stakeholders, with a high service orientation.
  • Project Management: Strong command of time management
Additional Info

The annualized base salary range for this role is $115,600 to $192,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
