Join our client’s dedicated team, a respected workforce development organization, as a Training Instructor supporting adult learners preparing for entry‑level healthcare roles. This is a full‑time, contract‑to‑hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in the Boston area.

Compensation: $24 - $25 per hour, approximately $51,000 - $53,800 annually upon conversion*

* rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Applicants must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA and be comfortable traveling by car to other locations to be eligible for this position.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate hands‑on and classroom‑style training aligned with entry‑level healthcare competencies
  • Deliver engaging instruction, demonstrations, and skills practice; monitor progress and provide coaching
  • Support learners with professionalism, attendance expectations, and workplace readiness
  • Maintain training documentation (attendance, assessments, outcomes) and communicate updates to the team
  • Partner with internal staff to ensure learners are prepared for clinical/employer expectations
Qualifications
  • An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles such as HHA, CNA, Pharmacy Technician, or Sterile Processing Technician is advantageous
  • Prior experience teaching, training, coaching, or leading groups (healthcare, education, or workforce training experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and ability to work with diverse adult learners
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable documenting progress and outcomes
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced program environment
