This is an on‑site, contract role for a Middle School Girls Lacrosse Coach, based in Boston, MA. The coach will oversee and lead the middle school girls' lacrosse team, conducting regular practice sessions, developing training plans to improve players' skills, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. They will also work directly with students to create a positive environment that aligns with the school's mission and values, and may assist in organizing games, events, and team‑related logistics.
The MS team practices MWF from 3‑4:30pm in Hyde Park, MA.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Lacrosse, including both playing and coaching.
- Skills in training and developing athletes, fostering teamwork, and enhancing individual player abilities.
- Proficiency in communication and the ability to inspire and motivate middle school students.
- Experience in curriculum development as it pertains to sports training drills and game strategies.
- Ability to uphold Boston Trinity Academy's values of faith, integrity, and leadership.
- Previous experience in coaching or working with middle school students is highly desirable.
