The Office of the Chancellor is seeking a Co-op Faculty Coordinator to work with students, with an initial focus in Bouve College of Health Sciences. This is a full-time, non‑tenure track, 12‑month faculty position that invites you to join a team of highly motivated, professional, experienced, collaborative individuals who provide an outstanding cooperative education program in the health sciences and public health.

The Coordinator teaches a career education course each semester and prepares lessons on interviewing skills, professional behavior and communication, workplace ethics, leadership, and self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.

The Co‑op Coordinator also maintains contact with students while they are engaged in their co‑op experience and assists post‑co‑op reflection. Integrated Learning:
The Coordinator collaborates with academic faculty, administration, and the co‑op community to guide students in integrating their co‑op and academic experiences, sharing industry knowledge with faculty, and aligning employment‑based learning with curriculum-based learning.

Employer Relations / Job Development:

Activities include site visits to new and existing employers, outreach to potential new partners, and participation in professional organizations. Strong client‑relationship skills and industry experience are required.

Service:
