Job Description

At Boston Prep, our mission is to prepare students to succeed in a four‑year college and to embody lifelong ethical growth. We foster an environment that accelerates academic growth, with an extended school day and year. Relationships are central to our community, and an understanding of anti‑racism is critical in serving our community effectively.

Our culture is guided by six essential beliefs: exceptional adult team, high expectations for all students, ethical growth inside and outside of the classroom, a balanced student culture of passion and joy, comprehensive academic, social, and emotional support for all students, and college persistence through a number of student and alumni supports.

We are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging where all students feel seen, heard, and valued. Representation matters, and a diverse team of educators enhances our students’ experience. We provide ongoing professional development and a supportive work environment where contributions are valued and recognized.

As a High School Physics Teacher, you will inspire and empower the next generation and create an educational experience where students see themselves reflected in the content of your class.
