We are receiving applications for a Toddler Lead Teacher for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Teachers support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play‑based, developmentally appropriate activities while maintaining compliance with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations. At least two years of teaching experience required.

Park Street School offers competitive benefits, generous time off, and a meaningful work environment with like‑minded colleagues. Salary range between 53-82K for Lead Teachers. Salaries will be aligned with the candidate’s level of experience and educational qualifications.
