Job OverviewAs a central member of the College of Engineering's Graduate Programs Office (GPO), the Assistant Director leads the implementation, marketing, and operational strategy for the new Online Master of Science in Software Engineering for Artificial Intelligence (OMSE). The role directs all activities related to recruitment, selection, and yield, ensuring the successful launch, growth, and long‑term sustainability of the program.
Responsibilities- Implement recruitment, selection, and yield strategy for the OMSE program.
- Develop marketing strategy, data analysis, and recruitment planning, focusing on targeted outreach.
- Identify and cultivate prime prospective candidates, evaluate applications, and maintain consistent communication with admitted students to support deposit conversion and onboarding.
- Serve as the primary liaison between GPO and Education Dynamics (EDDY), overseeing operational procedures and communication management.
- Lead the creation, review, and approval of all OMSE marketing and recruitment content, including email campaigns, landing pages, and enrollment coach scripts.
- Collect and analyze enrollment and recruitment data to inform decision-making and build sustainable marketing and application processing models.
- Contribute to broader admissions initiatives within graduate engineering and special projects in the GPO.
- Plan and execute virtual recruiting and yield events.
- Support critical recruitment activities during nights and weekends as required.
- B.S./B.A. required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships with a superior customer satisfaction focus.
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet targets.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, CRM management, report building, and communication campaigns.
- Experience creating and presenting webinars and information sessions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted, changing environment.
