Match Education Match Charter Public School is a free, high‑performing preK‑12 charter school in Boston, Massachusetts. The role is located at the Jamaica Plain campus (215 Forest Hills St.). Position begins August 12, 2026.

Salary range: $61,812 to $98,899 per year, based on experience. The school offers 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150 per month in loan repayment assistance.

Work authorization: U.S. work authorization required.

• Teach up to four middle school English classes.
• Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations and provide support to help students meet those expectations.
• Participate actively in coaching and professional development programming.
• Assist with school programming during non‑instructional time as needed.
• Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community.

• At least two years of full‑time classroom or special education teaching experience, preferably in an urban setting.
• Current Massachusetts teaching certification, or willingness to obtain certification within one year of hire.
• Commitment to student success and a belief that all students can and will succeed.
• Desire to continually improve pedagogy through feedback and reflection.
• Proven record of student achievement.
• Adeptness at teamwork and willingness to support colleagues.
