We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Academic Affairs. This role will manage admissions activities for the Brain, Behavior, & Cognition and Developmental Science, PhD programs, as well as the master's Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and prepare applications for program directors and admissions committee's review. Input, update, and track graduate application data in spreadsheets.
* Respond to high volumes of inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information to prospective and current graduate students.
* Support the Director of Academic Affairs with planning and executing yearly commencement, orientation events, and various activities for MA and PhD students.
* Assist with special projects as required.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
* Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. One to three years of experience.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to a large volume of queries.
* Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
