Position OverviewEpiphany School is seeking a dedicated and skilled 7th and 8th Grade Math Teacher to join our middle school faculty. The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to student‑centered instruction, a belief in the intellectual capacity of every learner, and the ability to build a classroom culture rooted in curiosity, rigor, and mutual respect. In addition to teaching responsibilities, this role includes serving as a homeroom teacher and academic advisor, mentoring a teaching fellow, and contributing actively to school life and the broader community.

- Deliver engaging, rigorous math instruction for grades 7 and 8 aligned with Epiphany’s teaching philosophy.
- Develop and maintain curriculum, unit plans, pacing guides, and assessments; regularly update materials based on current research and best practices.
- Grade and return student work in a timely manner; maintain grades in Gradelink and ensure all report cards are completed and edited promptly.
- Serve as homeroom teacher, running morning and afternoon advisory (TEACH) periods and supporting students’ organizational and academic development.
- Maintain regular, meaningful contact with advisee families; write insightful narrative
