Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. BCBA Role:

This is a part‑time role

  • Conducts behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs) as needed to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
  • Develops behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collects and reviews treatment fidelity data to ensure consistent application of interventions.
  • May attend IEP meetings.
  • Conducts observations of students and consults with student support staff.
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the Chief of Student Support or Director of Special Programs.

Compensation for this role is $100 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • BCBA Certification.
  • Experience working with students who have social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a public school setting.
  • A shared dedication to the Brooke Charter School philosophy and mission.
  • A commitment to ensuring academic success for all students.
  • Ability to efficiently write comprehensive and informative FBAs and BIPs that contain appropriate goals.
  • Excellent skills in the areas of teamwork, oral and written communication, and organization.
