Learning & Development Project Manager - Onsite in Boston, MA

We are working to identify an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager to support a Boston-based law firm in addressing critical training and development needs. The firm is looking to engage a consultant who can deliver high-quality training, onboarding, and user support following the recent rollout of three new platforms (Net Documents, Elite 3E, and Rocket Matter/Rocket Proforma). This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Start Date:

Mid to late October
Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Location:

Preferably onsite in Boston, MA, though remote may be considered for the right consultant

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for new platforms (Net Documents, 3E, Rocket Proforma)
• Conduct 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, lunch-and-learns, and onsite instructor-led training
• Provide onboarding support for new hires and day-to-day user support for staff and attorneys
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership teams to ensure alignment of training strategy and adoption goals
• Develop internal communications and collateral to drive platform adoption
• Partner with the internal team to share workload and align initiatives
• Maintain and update training content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

• 7+ years of experience in training, instructional design, internal communications, change management, or project coordination
• Proficiency with Net Documents, Elite 3E, and Rocket Proforma
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing effective training programs
• Strong track record in creating effective training materials and delivering blended learning (ILT, vILT, and collateral)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content organization best practices

• Previous experience in law firms or professional services training is strongly preferred

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour on a W22 basis.
