About the Opportunity The Associate Program Director/Open Rank Clinical Faculty in the Doctor of Medical Sciences Healthcare Leadership program is responsible for assistance and support of the Program Director and assistance in the overall management of the Program with a crucial role in educating and mentoring students, developing leaders in the healthcare industry, and contributing to the overall academic environment of the Program and Department.

The Associate Program Director reports to the Program Director. The position is full-time and is a non-tenure track faculty position. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and professional development of future healthcare leaders. The position is primarily remote with some on-ground requirements.

Teaching Teach courses in healthcare leadership, management, policy, and related areas, providing high-quality instruction and fostering an engaging learning environment.

Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with current trends and best practices in healthcare leadership.

Advise and mentor students, offering guidance on academic and career paths in healthcare leadership.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the program curriculum, incorporating emerging trends, technologies, and challenges in the healthcare industry.

Oversee and guide students in their thesis research projects, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and research protocols.

Assist students in formulating research questions, designing studies, and analyzing data relevant to healthcare leadership.

Provide regular feedback and support throughout the thesis research process, including critical evaluation of methodology, data interpretation, and scholarly writing.

Create a supportive research environment, fostering students' independent thinking, creativity, and professionalism.
