- Perform thorough psychological assessments to pinpoint student needs and craft tailored intervention plans.
- Deliver counseling and support services to students, families, and faculty to foster academic and socio-emotional development.
- Collaborate with educators and fellow professionals to devise and execute effective behavior management strategies and academic interventions.
- Contribute actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to monitor student progress, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and synchronize services.
- Act as a valuable resource to school personnel, offering insights on mental health awareness, crisis intervention, and local community resources.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge practices in school psychology, engaging in continuous professional development to refine skills and knowledge.
- Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Hold a valid Massachusetts state license or qualify for licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, counseling, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates must also possess a Professional Support Personnel License in Massachusetts.
