Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the Big Futures Mentoring program. You will work closely with high school students and volunteer mentors to foster relationships and support youth development. The role involves teaching, organizing events, and case management. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have experience in youth development or education, as well as strong communication skills.

Evening hours are required for event facilitation and support calls.
