We are looking for a curious, flexible, and committed Associate Teacher who will report to the Director of Learning and Academics. This position supports our mission to prepare each student for college through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum for 700 students in grades five through twelve.

• Be on campus from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to plan, create, and execute rigorous and engaging lesson plans; shadow, explore, and engage in content‑specific classes; and give students frequent feedback to support growth and development.
• Engage in comprehensive school‑based professional development activities aimed at improving teacher practice, student achievement, and school improvement.
• Serve as a co‑advisor to students.
• Spend four periods per day in classes observing, co‑teaching, and/or leading core content classes.
• Provide one period per day of tutoring or intervention work with a small group of students.
• Participate in testing coverage, hallway transitions, and student arrival and departure.
• Attend and/or chaperone after‑school and evening events, including family conferences.
• Support after‑school tutoring.
• Other duties may be requested from time to time in line with your position.

• This position falls on our Instructional salary scale based on years of prior experience, with a range of $49,187–$55,360.
• Additional compensation is awarded to those with advanced degrees or a Special Education license.
