Job DescriptionWe are looking for a curious, flexible, and committed Associate Teacher who will report to the Director of Learning and Academics. This position supports our mission to prepare each student for college through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum for 700 students in grades five through twelve.
All Boston Collegiate students will graduate empowered to choose their own directions, equipped to thrive in college, and possess the leadership skills and mindsets necessary to make an impact in their communities and the world.

QualificationsStrong candidates for our position will:

- Be on campus from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to plan, create, and execute rigorous and engaging lesson plans; shadow, explore, and engage in content‑specific classes; and give students frequent feedback to support growth and development.
- Engage in comprehensive school‑based professional development activities aimed at improving teacher practice, student achievement, and school improvement.
- Serve as a co‑advisor to students.
- Spend four periods per day in classes observing, co‑teaching, and/or leading core content classes.
- Provide one period per day of tutoring or intervention work with a small group of students.
- Participate in testing coverage, hallway transitions, and student arrival and departure.
- Attend and/or chaperone after‑school and evening events, including family conferences.
- Support after‑school tutoring.
- Other duties may be requested from time to time in line with your position.
- This position falls on our Instructional salary scale based on years of prior experience, with a range of $49,187–$55,360.
- Additional compensation is awarded to those with advanced degrees or a Special Education license.
