• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role or with adolescent populations
• Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement therapy services tailored to each student
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Adaptability to work with diverse learners across different grade levels, with a special focus on middle and high school students

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Work closely with educators to integrate OT strategies within the classroom
• Deliver direct and consultative services to help students achieve their academic and functional goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students needs across school environments
• Foster an encouraging atmosphere that motivates student participation and independence
