Eligibility Requirements
- Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
- Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate‑seeking undergraduate or graduate program.
- Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled. In this case, the student must be pre‑registered for the upcoming fall semester. This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters.
- Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
- Remain in "valid" Visa status as applicable.
- A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester.
- Federal Work Study student may apply.
- In good disciplinary standing.
- Must be located in the U.S.

- Amp Crew – Assist with moving, setting up, replacing, and organization of the amps used for the Guitar Sessions week.
- Guitar Office Auxiliary – Work the front desk of the Guitar Office, including answering the phone, assisting students and faculty as needed, organization of the Guitar Office, stocking printers, making coffee, organizing workspace/break area, delivering documents/keys to classrooms across the campus as needed.
- Clinic/Concert Assistant – Work with the artist/faculty member at the venue of their clinic.
- Jam Assistant – Work with the faculty member to assist and help organize the nightly Jam Sessions at your assigned venue.
- Event Assistant – Help with the Welcome Event on the Monday of Guitar Sessions by assisting the students checking; help with the final performances at your assigned venue on the Friday of Guitar Sessions week; help with the distribution of certificates at the BPC on the Friday of Guitar Sessions week.
Each day of the Guitar Sessions week starts at 9AM and ends at 10:15PM, with the exception of the Friday which ends at 6PM, (each day is broken into several shifts), so we are looking for several students to fill all the shifts throughout the week.
