Match has an opening for an inclusion aide to start in the school year. The position is based at Match High School, located on 1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton. An inclusion aide supports the success of a Match student with disabilities. The aide will be expected to provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with the student's educational and therapeutic needs.
Throughout the school day, the aide will support the student during instructional times both in and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other non‑instructional times.
The Inclusion Aide is an integral member of our school team, offering the opportunity to work with students with disabilities, foster an inclusive community, develop skills, and support social‑emotional growth.
The aide is responsible for developing deep relationships with students, and leveraging those relationships to ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.
This is a full‑time position with an annual salary of $52,499, which may increase based on prior relevant experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan‑repayment assistance.
Qualifications- Prior experience working with students with disabilities.

- A desire to continually improve practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback.
- Ability to work well on a team and willingness to support others in doing their best work.
