Job DescriptionFull‑Time/Regular position located in BOSTON, MA. Salary Grade 48, $71,925.00-$93,375.00.
Tracks and prepares for upcoming promotion reviews and provides dedicated support to the University Appointments, Promotions, and Tenure committee. Works closely with the UAPT Chair to schedule meetings, orient new members, edit reports and transmit them to the Provost and President. Serves as a liaison between UAPT members and the schools and colleges regarding questions that arise in the course of review.
Manages faculty systems and conducts tracking and analysis of outcomes/metrics associated with the tenure and promotion and other processes handled by the Faculty Affairs Office.
- Track and prepare for upcoming promotion reviews.
- Support the UAPT Chair in scheduling meetings and orienting new members.
- Edit and transmit reports to the Provost and President.
- Act as liaison between UAPT members and schools/colleges on review‑related questions.
- Manage faculty systems and conduct tracking and analysis of tenure and promotion metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience, ideally in higher‑education administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, including strong written ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
