  • Communicate regularly with families, offering insights, encouragement, and partnership.
  • Collaborate with schools and community partners to support student success.

  • Ensure program meets licensing standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage scheduling, supplies, and site logistics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience working with school-aged children; leadership experience strongly valued.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to create a learning environment that is inclusive, joyful, and grounded in respect for all children and families.
What We Value

I look for leaders who bring both skill and heart—people who believe, as I do, that early learning is the foundation of life. At our program, we work as a team, we celebrate children’s unique gifts, and we rise to challenges together. If you’re passionate about shaping brighter futures, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Join Us

When we guide children with intention and love, we help them discover who they can become. If you’re ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, we’d love to welcome you to our community.

Together, we can build the bridge to lifelong success.
