Epiphany Early Learning Center ("ELC") is seeking full-time infant, toddler, and pre‑K classroom applicants. The ELC has a two‑pronged goal of providing high‑quality early education and care to children while simultaneously providing support and services to promote personal growth and development opportunities for their families. We seek candidates with a deep and broad passion for the disciplines in early childhood education.
Experience is preferred.
Job Summary:
Teachers work full‑time, year‑round, in infant, toddler, and pre‑K classrooms, providing the highest quality of nurturing care and education under the supervision of the Lead Teacher. They are essential teaching team members, responsible for all aspects of child care, and participate fully in all early education programming. Teachers will provide documentation, reporting, and parent communication, participate in staff meetings, and participate in all educational opportunities and programming provided to staff.
PrincipleDuties & Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for all aspects of child care and education under the supervision and direction of the Lead Teacher/Director.
- Actively engaged in professional development and education to improve knowledge, skills, and certification level.
- Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing the Early Learning Center curriculum, planning daily activities, and meeting goals for the classroom and individual children. Provide ongoing documentation, assessment, and reporting.
- Must meet all minimum requirements for Teachers as detailed in EEC regulations.
- Salary is dependent on early childhood experience and early childhood education.
- Negative criminal records check.

- EEC Teacher Certification.

- For Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certified teachers, the standard physical requirement is the ability to frequently lift and carry 40 to 50 lbs. This ensures educators can safely lift young children and reposition students for diapering/toileting, and carry classroom supplies or emergency equipment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience working with diverse learners and families.
